Sunday, October 14th, 2007You have to appreciate the French translation of dandelion wine. As you may already know I made dandelion wine this last summer since I had a nice crop on my lawn. My wife and I were quite impressed with how well it turned out. I managed to let one bottle age a little longer. I wish I would have let all of them age as long. The old saying holds true. So how did it taste you ask? Semi sweet with a slightly dry finish. I would recommend that anyone who has ever wanted to try their hand at wine making give this one a shot.
